Your Order

We'll send you an email when your order has been dispatched with your tracking details. If you don’t receive an email to your inbox, please check your spam folder.

We use DHL Express and NZ Post for shipping and they have this handy tracking site that can be used to find the location of your parcel.

Please enter the tracking number you would have received in your Shipping Confirmation email.

We aim to get your parcel posted out as quickly as possible.
the estimated delivery time are below:

New Zealand and Australia: 3-5 business days.
Asia: 5 - 7 business days.
USA & UK Countries: 7 - 10 business days.
Rest of countries: 10 - 14 business days.

We cannot guarantee these exact shipping times; Each shipment is different and will vary from country to country. If you need an urgent delivery, overnight service or EMS, please email us at info@2nutri.co.nz

We offer 7 days return of goods policy. Within 7 days of receiving the parcel, please contact us by email (info@2nutri.co.nz) or by phone, should you find a defect with the goods. Our staff will assist you for the return or exchange of the goods.


● We will accept the return or exchange of goods if a defect is confirmed. Please include the original packaging and accessories when returning the goods to us.

● If the return of goods is not due to product defect but for personal reasons (eg. purchased wrong product item), we accept the return of the goods but the customer will be liable for the cost of shipping for return or exchange.

We will not accept the return or exchange of goods under the following situations:

● Product misuse - where the product has been damaged, scratched, stained.
● Cap and seals have been opened.
● Return is beyond the 7 days return of goods period.
● Product packaging and accessories are not included in the return.

Return of goods:
Product return for exchange is limited to the same product item. Please include the original product packaging and its accessories with the address, order number, name of the purchaser and contact number clearly written. This will help us to process your return request a timely manner.

Customs Duties, Fees and VAT
Please be aware that orders shipped to countries other than New Zealand may be subject to import duty or other customs taxes.

Any customs or import duties may be charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We will not refund your order if you do not want to pay for the customs or import duties.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country - we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information. Where customs charges are due, this may impact the time it takes your parcel to reach you.

Free shipping on all NZ orders.

Outside of New Zealand, the shipping cost depends on the weight and destination address.
It automatically calculates while you are placing an order at checkout.
We offer Free worldwide shipping on orders over NZ$300.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Payment Express, and UnionPay, and you can place your order over the phone or by email info@2nutri.co.nz. All payment methods are safe. Our security program adopts the SSL protection system to prevent card data from being intercepted or manipulated.

After you add items to your cart:
1. At the checkout screen, look for "Discount code."
2. Enter your code.
3. Click or tap Apply.
4. Complete your purchase.

If you have a discount code in an email:
1. Click or tap the discount code link in the email.
2. Add the product to your shopping cart.
3. At checkout, you’ll see the code applied.
4. Complete your purchase.

When the products are made, the goods remain 90% effective up to the expiry date. Healthcare goods that have passed their use-by date might not be as effective and could be harmful. Therefore, do not keep healthcare products that are unused or have passed their use-by date.
